Founder and Managing Director
Eric Allgood, the Managing Director of SBAAS, has over twenty years of experience leading large corporations through complex business challenges. His expertise in crisis management, governance, and strategic planning has turned challenges into opportunities.
In 2019, Eric founded SBAAS to apply his successful corporate strategies to small businesses. His initiative quickly became vital support for many small enterprises.
Eric’s extensive knowledge of human resources and industrial relations has enabled him to develop strategies that create positive work environments and drive growth. He is dedicated to creating effective learning experiences, using his skills in e-Learning development and instructional design to equip organizations with essential knowledge.
