Eric Allgood, the Managing Director of SBAAS, has over twenty years of experience leading large corporations through complex business challenges. His expertise in crisis management, governance, and strategic planning has turned challenges into opportunities. 

In 2019, Eric founded SBAAS to apply his successful corporate strategies to small businesses. His initiative quickly became vital support for many small enterprises.

Eric’s extensive knowledge of human resources and industrial relations has enabled him to develop strategies that create positive work environments and drive growth. He is dedicated to creating effective learning experiences, using his skills in e-Learning development and instructional design to equip organizations with essential knowledge. His practical approach to business strategy and management accounting, combined with his resilience and adaptability, has successfully guided businesses through crises and opened up growth opportunities.

Eric is also a sought-after speaker, regularly presenting on topics such as Industrial Relations Reform, the Future of Learning in Australia, and Disaster Recovery. His insights and experience make him a valuable resource for understanding and navigating these critical issues.
